Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking team members to excel in take-out and to-go service. You will take and ring in orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure accuracy from phone call to pickup and delivery. The role offers fast-paced, friendly work with strong tips potential.

Shifts range from AM/PM to mid-day, with part-time to full-time hours available. We offer health options and employee perks on a supportive team. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

• Proven customer service mindset with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Strong hospitality and guest-facing skills in fast-paced settings.
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy from start to finish.

• Team player able to adapt to varying shifts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take and ring in accurate orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timing and accuracy from phone to pickup.
• Handle payments and manage the to-go station with care.
• Oversee third-party delivery hand-offs and order handoffs with POS.
• Monitor KDS, organize catering orders, and maintain smooth service flow.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
