Job summary

Johnny's Pizza in Buford, GA is seeking a friendly, energetic host to warmly welcome guests, seat them promptly, and manage the seating chart in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will help create an inviting atmosphere and coordinate flow between dining rooms and takeout as needed.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, assists with side work, and supports teammates and other departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Seats guests and manages the seating chart.
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
