Job summary

Mi Cocina Highlands Ranch – Flower Mound, TX is hiring for a To Go position. You will provide friendly, attentive service to guests placing takeout orders, ensuring accurate preparation, packaging, and timely pickup.

You will handle phone inquiries, suggest menu items, and manage all to-go orders with a focus on guest satisfaction. Applicants should have at least 1 year of server/host experience, be at least 18, and hold valid Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server or host/hostess.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring attentive service.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Answer phone calls following hospitality standards.
