Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly for to-go orders in person and over the phone.
• Take and place guest orders with accuracy and handle modifications.
• Use the POS system to process payments and manage gift cards.
• Coordinate takeout pickups and communicate wait times with managers.
• Ensure orders are accurate and prepared for pickup.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure timely orders.
• Provide excellent guest relations and resolve questions professionally.
