Job summary

Wings ‘N More in College Station, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle to-go orders and phone inquiries. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and use the POS system to process payments, while maintaining strong menu knowledge and attention to detail.

This role supports kitchen and front-of-house coordination to ensure a smooth pickup experience. Strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to work during evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly for to-go orders in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate phone etiquette and accurately take orders.

• Coordinate and manage takeout pickups, quoting accurate wait times.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for timely prep.
• Organize and prioritize multiple orders with attention to detail.
• Package and check to-go orders for accuracy and quality.
