Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Michigan is seeking a To-Go Specialist to lead the guest experience outside the four walls, delivering meals with warmth and care. You will share menu knowledge to recommend favorites, anticipate guest needs, accurately process orders and payments, and assemble and deliver orders with hospitality and a smile.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate menu suggestions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience for to-go orders with hospitality and a smile.
• Share food and beverage knowledge to recommend favorites and upsell where appropriate.
• Accurately process guest orders and payments in a timely and hospitable manner.
• Assemble and deliver orders to guests with care and friendliness.
• Be a team player and support the dining team as needed.
