Famous Dave's in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a To Go Specialist/Cashier to help guests order meals for pickup or office delivery. You will explain menu options, answer questions, and ensure accuracy at the point of sale.

You should be punctual, support teammates, and handle side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and expediting orders. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, and a positive attitude goes a long way.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required.
• English language and professional communications skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities; working calmly under pressure and exercising good judgment.
• Ability to utilize tablets, point of sale equipment and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
