T. L. Cannon Management Corporation, owner of 53 Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar restaurants, is hiring To Go Specialists/Carside to greet guests and prepare to-go orders with speed and a friendly, proactive attitude.

You will take phone and online orders, process payments, package meals accurately, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared on time. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; 18+ and US work eligibility are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Team-oriented with a passion to succeed.

We're looking for talented:

• To Go Specialists/Carside

In this role, you will be responsible for serving each to-go guest, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will take orders via phone, use suggestive selling, ensure orders are packaged accurately, receive payment and accurately count back change. You must be able to multi-task and handle online orders in addition to phone orders.
