Job summary

Applebee's is looking for friendly To Go Specialists/Carside at our Rome, NY area restaurants. You will greet customers, take orders by phone, process payments, and package to-go orders with accuracy.

You will multitask with online and phone orders, use suggestive selling, and contribute to a fast, pleasant take-out experience. 18+ and US work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of restaurant / customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve each to-go guest quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Take orders via phone and online, using suggestive selling.
• Package orders accurately and receive payment, counting back change.

We're looking for talented:

• To Go Specialists/Carside

In this role, you will be responsible for serving each to-go guest, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will take orders via phone, use suggestive selling, ensure orders are packaged accurately, receive payment and accurately count back change. You must be able to multi-task and handle online orders in addition to phone orders.
