Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure off-premise orders receive the same care and hospitality as in-restaurant dining.

You’ll greet guests, prepare and confirm orders, process payments, and maintain a clean To-Go area while delivering warm, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in-restaurant dining.
