Job summary

Rock N Roll Sushi is seeking an organized, upbeat To-Go Specialist to support takeout and delivery operations. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, greet guests for pickup, and ensure every to-go order meets our hospitality standards.

You’ll answer questions, take accurate orders, manage third-party deliveries, package items securely, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is preferred to support peak takeout hours.

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the careful hands packaging orders, and the key player ensuring every to-go guest receives the same high-quality hospitality as our dine-in guests.

Job Requirements

What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly when they arrive for pickup, offering friendly and efficient service.
• Answer incoming calls, assist with questions, and take accurate to-go orders.
• Manage 3rd-party delivery orders and ensure they are prepared and packaged correctly.
• Package food items neatly and securely, maintaining RNR Sushi's presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Assist with light hosting duties such as seating guests or presenting menus when needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness by completing shared daily cleaning tasks.
• Support team members to keep operations running smoothly and maintain positive working relationships.
