Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Knoxville, TN is looking for a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order receives the same care and hospitality as dine-in guests.

You’ll deliver warm, attentive service, greet guests, confirm orders, and process payments. You’ll work with the Front of House team to maintain a clean, organized to-go area and provide a seamless pickup experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest‑oriented mindset.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in-restaurant dining.
