Job summary

Outback Steakhouse in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a To-Go Specialist. You will lead the to-go experience outside our dining room, delivering tailored meals with hospitality and a smile, in line with our bold brand and service standards.

Responsibilities include making memorable experiences for our Guests, sharing menu favorites, processing orders and payments accurately, assembling and delivering orders with care, and being a cooperative team player.

Qualifications

• Hospitality standards are followed to create a positive guest experience.
• Ability to recommend menu items based on knowledge and preference.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Compensation Range: $9 - $9 plus tips
