Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is hiring a To-Go Specialist to lead the guest experience for orders taken outside the dining room. You will deliver a tailored meal service with consistent hospitality and a smile.

Responsibilities include sharing menu favorites, processing orders and payments accurately, assembling and delivering orders with warmth, and working as part of a collaborative team. We offer medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits and a competitive tips-based pay.

Compensation Range: $5.50 - $5.50 plus tips
