Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm, attentive hospitality for every off-premise order, ensuring the same care, accuracy, and guest experience as in-restaurant dining. You’ll play a key Front of House role, preparing and presenting orders for pickup with pride.

You’ll greet guests, verify orders, process payments at the POS, and keep the To-Go area clean and fully stocked.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset.
