Job summary

Food Lion in Selma, NC is seeking a Store Associate to deliver fast, friendly service at the Front End and assist with To-Go order pickups. You will greet customers by name when possible, scan and bag items, and help maintain merchandising standards.

You’ll participate in CBT training, follow store policies, work as part of a team, and support initiatives to maximize sales through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
