Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a team-oriented associate to provide fast, friendly service and support for To-Go orders in our Midlothian, VA location. You will assist customers, prepare orders, and help maintain store standards while complying with all policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide prompt, friendly service, and upsell through positive engagement.

• Assist in fulfilling online order pickups and substitutions.
• Scan, bag, label items; handle IDs for alcohol per policy.
• Complete CBT/Training and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist teammates.
