Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and follow company personal appearance policy.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Ensure that return-to-stock items are handled promptly with attention to perishables.
• Support and comply with all company safety standards; report needed repairs.
• Bag or package merchandise according to policies and store for customer pickup.
• Control excessive use of store supplies and keep area clean.
• Assist in cleanup of spills and hazards to prevent accidents.
• Be knowledgeable about produce varieties and merchandise distinctions.
• Record price discrepancies and request price checks as needed.
