Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server or host/hostess.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Answer phones following hospitality standards.
• Make guest-focused recommendations guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about food, beverages and restaurant services.
• Manage to-go orders, ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Enter orders in POS and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Package/deliver food and beverages to guests promptly.
• Ensure proper packaging with condiments and utensils.
• Deliver orders to guests' vehicles when needed.
• Maintain clean service areas.
