Job Title: To-Go Cashier

Reports To: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary:

Sales and service of Food and Beverage to guests. Presents guest with bill and accepts payment, server banking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be knowledgeable about menu items.
2. Immediately greet guests.
3. Display your personality and be yourself.
4. Take drink orders first.
5. Remind guests of daily specials and featured menu items.
6. Answer guest questions.
7. Deliver drinks.
8. Take orders and send to kitchen.
9. Verify accuracy of food delivered and announce items to guests.
10. Ask if additional items are needed.
11. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks.
12. Pre-bus tables after guests finish eating, provide leftover containers if needed.
13. Suggest and serve desserts.
14. Present check in a check presenter.
15. Thank guests and invite them to return.
16. Sell alcoholic drinks and check IDs for age.
17. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and lounge area.
18. Complete side work as required.
19. Handle till and balance transactions if responsible.
20. Provide courteous service to all employees and guests.

1. Skills in serving hot and cold dishes and drinks, including alcohol.
