Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry out operations and uphold high standards of food quality and service for To-Go guests. You’ll work with Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure accurate orders, timely quotes, and smooth pickup experiences.

This role emphasizes menu knowledge, phone etiquette, packaging accuracy, safety procedures, and teamwork, with weekly pay and strong growth opportunities within a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Provide legendary welcome and goodbye to guests when placing or picking up orders.
• Answer phones and take orders with proper etiquette.
• Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Demonstrate strong organization and accuracy when packaging orders.
• Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
• Provide quotes on completion times in collaboration with Restaurant Managers.
• Understand online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Accurately use the POS system to process To-Go orders, gift cards, and transactions.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Exhibit teamwork at all times.
