Job summary

Drake’s Franklin is seeking a Server Assistant to join our casual, high-energy team. Help keep the dining room and bar area clean, assist bartenders and servers, and ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service in a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll contribute to sanitation and safety while supporting guests and team members. Competitive base pay with tips and growth opportunities within Bluegrass Hospitality Group.

• Friendly and dependable personality is required.

• Food service or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Basic food safety knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% guest satisfaction—every guest, every time
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and bar area throughout service
• Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently during and after guests’ visits
• Assist bartenders and servers by communicating guest requests and supporting drink/food service
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and alcohol compliance standards
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds across the restaurant as needed
• Jump in where needed—because we’re all in this together
