Role Description: As a District Director of Operations (“DDO”), you will serve as an executive leader for our Store Operations team, which provides alternative lending solutions to customers who may not access or prefer not to use traditional credit options. You will set the example for exceptional customer service and motivate your teams to succeed. We will support your growth with top-tier training programs to advance your career.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales goals based on company KPIs, and communicate action plans to store teams to enhance performance.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and report on store performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
  3. Create clear development and succession plans for team members.
  4. Collaborate with recruiting to attract and hire top talent.
  5. Drive marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  6. Ensure stores meet cleanliness and safety standards through inspections and collaborations with departments or vendors.
  7. Protect company assets via detailed store audits.
  8. Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  9. Support and promote company culture and initiatives.
  10. Visit each store regularly to coach, train, and mentor teams.
  11. Use personal vehicle for store visits within the district.
  12. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  13. Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least three years' experience as a District Director or higher.
  • Management experience overseeing at least eight retail locations with direct reports.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing employees.
  • Ability to travel daily within the district.
  • Strong people management skills with a focus on accountability.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Financial management experience, including P&L and budgeting.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including moving within stores and operating controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success in growing store locations.
  • Strategic approach to increasing brand awareness.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
