• High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines (Friday publication).
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and the public markets; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing a weekly TMT thematic report for top clients (public and private company executives, private equity and VC investors, large institutional investors).
• Assist in monthly and quarterly thematic content creation and distribution.
• Stay on top of key industry trends and support company/sector discussions and bus tours with institutional investor clients.
• Help maintain processes, systems, and databases; support IPO advisory efforts.
• Interact with clients, internal teams, and senior management; collaborate across banking advisory and merchant banking teams.
