We are dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals suffering from depression, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate recent college graduate to join us as a TMS Technician. This is an exceptional opportunity for pre-med students to gain valuable clinical experience while making a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients.

Job Description:

As a TMS Technician at Stubbeman TMS, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Psychiatrist with administering TMS treatments and providing essential support to our patients. With a professional, empathetic approach, you will create a comfortable and reassuring environment, ensuring the highest level of care throughout the treatment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with patients in a professional, compassionate, and empathic manner, ensuring their comfort and well-being during TMS treatments.
  • Monitor patients closely throughout the treatment sessions, promptly addressing any concerns or complications.
  • Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment administration in accordance with protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Director, providing support with office tasks, telephone reception, record-keeping, and other miscellaneous duties.
  • Assist with the analysis of structural neuroimaging data for ongoing treatment studies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. A background in neuroscience, psychobiology, or mental health is preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates with research experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience working with patients is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, professional attitude and ability to maintain a diplomatic and calm demeanor with patients, the doctor, and the office staff.
  • Strict adherence to patient confidentiality policies.
  • Ability to perform all tasks outlined above effectively.
  • Training will be provided onsite to ensure proficiency in administering TMS treatments.
