Job description

Insight Global is seeking highly motivated, energetic TMS Quality Compliance Analysts to support a leading client in the cryptocurrency industry. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring five days a week, offering a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, relocation assistance, and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or tech, focusing on AML, compliance, or regulatory matters.
2. At least 3 years' experience in quality review and control frameworks.
3. Conduct investigations supporting BSA/AML compliance, including analyzing alerts and law enforcement referrals.
4. Gather and analyze transaction and KYC data, conduct due diligence, and interpret evidence to assess customer legitimacy.
5. Document investigations thoroughly and incorporate feedback from Quality Assurance.
6. Maintain detailed compliance documentation and stay updated with industry standards and regulations.

Note: The role requires full-time in-office presence in Charlotte, NC, with shifts potentially including weekends and nights to support 24/7 operations.

Compensation:

$41.28/hr plus $20,000 equity and a 5% performance bonus (total approx. $109K).
