Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a TMS Planner for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) to coordinate warehousing, receiving, and shipping under the direction of the Operations Manager.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with drivers and site management, and adherence to safety, quality, and SOP standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution is preferred.
• Must be able to coordinate and supervise daily operational activities.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance with SOPs and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments and staging of outbound shipments.
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers and ensure proper counting.
• Prepare activity reports for site management.
• Maintain quality control by ensuring products meet standards and reporting discrepancies.
