Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience are continuously evolving. They build significant connections with customers, deepening relationships and building expertise in uncovering customer needs. They are passionate about educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning role, where new associates work with their team and proactively build skills. New employees are required to successfully complete training.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  • Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
  • Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, to keep customers connected to their lifestyle.
  • Approach service and sales with integrity, composure, and compassion.
  • Use digital tools effectively during interactions and onboarding.
  • Demonstrate coverage and plan benefits, and complete training on in-store experience and systems.
  • Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives.
Experience Required

Passionate about customer service, with a desire to connect and have fun. Competitive and successful in fast-paced sales environments. Willing to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders. Able to balance customer needs and performance goals. At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.
