Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Associate II, TMF Operations to ensure TMF documents meet ALCOA, ICH GCP, and SOP standards. You will review, process, and quality-check Trial Master File documents across studies, collaborating with global teams.

This remote role is open to candidates based in Europe with no travel. A university degree and up to 1–2 years of relevant experience, plus strong English communication and proficiency with eTMF systems, are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred, Life Sciences, with up to 1–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve essential TMF documents in line with SOPs and practices.
• Process, review, and resolve TMF documents across studies in electronic and hard-copy formats.
• Perform TMF Quality Control reviews to support regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Prepare TMF QC checklists for Project Team review and tracking.
• Use electronic document management and eTMF systems to review, classify, and process documents.
