Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a TMF Associate to manage Trial Master File content and workflows from study setup through archiving. You will partner with study teams, maintain controlled electronic repositories, and promote a quality, inspection-ready TMF across the study lifecycle.

The role supports a cross-functional team, providing training and ensuring timely filing while adhering to ALCOA principles. Remote work is offered with occasional office visits as needed.

Qualifications

• College diploma/degree with 1–3 years of TMF experience or related training.
• Understanding of TMF organization, archival and regulatory guidance.
• Ability to apply ALCOA principles to TMF oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage TMF content and processes from study setup to archiving.
• Maintain access and organization of the controlled electronic file repository.
• Provide TMF training and support to internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure documents are filed contemporaneously and inspection-ready.
• Run inventories, manage tickets, and escalate as needed.
• Support department initiatives and maintain quality system documents.
