Sashco, a leader in the home improvement sector, is seeking a Territory Manager to represent their brand within the Southwest territory, including CO, TX, and OK. This role requires a dynamic individual with outside sales experience and strong customer engagement skills. The successful candidate will enjoy a mix of autonomy and teamwork, spending significant time on the road to strengthen account relationships and enhance sales performance.
The ideal home base for this position would be any of the following cities: Amarillo, Houston, Oklahoma City, Denver or Albuquerque but will consider applicants who reside in other areas within the territory defined below depending on experience and cultural fit.

Are you great at reading people and have experience teaching customers all along the value stream how to be successful with your products whether user, retailer, or distributor? HI Territory Managers (TMs) are accountable for leveraging Sashco’s value proposition including our high-performance positioning, merchandising collateral, marketing, and promotional programs to increase placement and sell-through of our brands through both existing and new customers in the channels we serve; in this case within the Southwest territory encompassing the following states: TX, NM, OK, KS, CO.
As a TM at Sashco, you will join a talented team of high-performers as passionate about your success as they are their own. You will enjoy considerable autonomy but are also accountable for your piece of the plan, the execution of which will require about 75% of your work time to be spent on the road – away from home.
