Job summary

Leprino Foods’ Greeley site seeks an Environmental - Micro / Team Member II to support sanitation and quality processes. You will help monitor equipment cleanliness, ensure safe operation, and support continuous improvement while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication across shifts.

Starting compensation for this role is $25.69 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities aligned with our global dairy leadership.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English.
  • Ability to evaluate mechanical conditions and adjust as necessary.
  • Able to access elevated work areas (ladders/stairs).
  • Complete written reports and data entry into computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sanitation of equipment and housekeeping continually.
  • Ensure safe operation and quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing products per S/SOPs, cGMP and safe work practices.
  • Participate in and implement continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, team leads, and supervisors.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely; adhere to Good Documentation Practices.
  • Comply with all SOPs and sanitation standards.
  • Receive, inventory, and distribute bulk chemicals and ingredients throughout the plant.

The Greeley Team is seeking a Environmental - Micro / Team Member II to help us achieve our goals.

We Ask of You To:
  • Monitor sanitation of equipment and good housekeeping practices continually.
  • Responsible for the safe operation of the associated equipment and/or processes, the quality of incoming raw materials, the quality of the outgoing products in accordance with Sanitation/Standard Operating Procedures (S/SOP's), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safe work practices.
  • This position is also responsible for participating in and implementing continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, team leads, and supervisors.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely. Comply with Good Documentation Practices for both written and electronic records.
  • Comply with all work standards pertaining to Sanitation/ Standard Operating Procedures (S/SOPs).
  • Receive, inventory, and distribute bulk chemicals and ingredients throughout the plant.

You Must Have (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English language
  • Ability to evaluate and identify mechanical conditions and make adjustments or corrective action as necessary
  • Ability to access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs
  • Aability to complete written reports, and enter data into and pull data from computer systems
  • Basic math skills to be able to perform mathematical functions
  • Ability to understand and apply standard operating procedures
  • Ability to maintain clean work area according to good manufacturing processes
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practices
  • Good communication skills to communicate with co-workers and oncoming/outgoing shifts
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
