Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must read, write and speak English to understand/adhere to SOPs and GMPs, and to complete required documentation in English.
• Milk Receiving Team Lead must have leadership experience and computer proficiency (email, internet, and MS Office).
• At least two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with HMIs and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safe operation of its associated equipment and/or processes, the quality of incoming raw materials, the quality of the outgoing products in accordance with SOPs, GMPs and safe work practices.
• Maintain 5S standards, and participate in and implementing continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively in relaying information to team members, leads, supervisors, and managers as applicable.
• Have strong time management and organizational skills.
• Meet food safety and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan and company policies.

The Greeley Team is seeking a Nutrition Team Lead Operator to help us achieve our goals.

We Ask Of You To:

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to understand/adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), to communicate effectively with others, to complete required documentation both in written and electronic form utilizing the English language.

• The Milk Receiving Team Lead must have demonstrated prior leadership experience and computer proficiency in email, internet, and Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• At least two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in machine operation utilizing HMIs and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
