Job summary

emergiTEL HR Solutions is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in Las Cruces, NM. The contract is 9 weeks, with a 12-hour shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Pay is hourly and housing/travel may be provided per policy.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting care records, while adhering to facility policies and NM regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NM (or compact state) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred).

• Follow all infection control, safety, and facility procedures.
• Participate in patient and family education as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the facility supervisor.

Shift Type: PA

Start Time: 6:00 PM

End Time: 6:30 AM

Shift Duration: 12 hours

Meal Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)

Shift Schedule: As assigned by facility (may include weekends or holidays)

Total Duration: 9 weeks

Compensation & Terms

Pay Type: Hourly (rate per agreed contract terms)

Overtime: Paid per state and federal regulations.

Meals/Breaks: 30-minute unpaid meal break per 12-hour shift.

Housing & Travel: If applicable, per travel agreement or stipend policy.
