This individual assists in creating a nurturing, Christ‑centered learning environment where young children can develop academically, socially, and spiritually. Working alongside the lead teacher, the aide helps implement lesson plans, support classroom management, and ensure the well‑being of students throughout the day.
A collaborative, patient educator who delights in young children and supports a Christ‑centered, classical early learning environment. Skilled in classroom routines and communication with families, they assist the lead teacher in forming joyful, disciplined learners grounded in biblical truth.
