Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various areas of the store to meet business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and provide correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Contribute to a safe environment and support shrink reduction initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
