AUTOPAY in Denver, CO is seeking a Titles QA Agent for an in-office role at the Denver Tech Center. The position conducts consumer document audits for vehicle loan refinancing and purchase processes to ensure DMV jurisdictional compliance.

You will verify deal types, assess title documents, complete and file forms per jurisdictional rules, and QA documents before submission. The role requires attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in titles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and timely deliverables.
• Able to read Excel reports.
• Strong organizational and independent work abilities.
• Proficient with computers; Excel skills are a plus.
• Able to adapt in fast-paced environment and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify deal type and audit following standard process.
• Assess if correct title documents were generated.
• Fill out and submit title documents per jurisdictional requirements.
• Ensure QA of documents before submission.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
