Benefits of joining the JM academy

• Basic annual salary of £22,000
• Realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 per year
• £3000 car allowance
• Training support package of £500 per month for your first six months of employment
• Fully Uncapped commission scheme

The Just Mortgages Academy offers an exciting opportunity to kick start your career as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Hosted by our dedicated Learning & Development Team, it provides extensive, industry-leading on-the-job training and coaching to help you reach your full potential and succeed in this field.

We are currently conducting interviews via video software. To proceed, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal right to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

• Proof of Address
• National Insurance number
• Drivers Licence Check
