  3. Work with internal project managers and development leads, as well as external lenders and investors, to finalize documentation for issuing title policies as part of financing transactions.
  4. Perform detailed reviews of surveys, title reports, and underlying documents.
  5. Draft ancillary real estate documents, including lease amendments for late-stage development.
  6. Create and manage checklists for loan closings.
  7. Develop knowledge of title endorsements required by specific lenders.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Strong issue-spotting skills.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
  • Sense of humor.

Experience & Education
