• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they escape.

• Keep the MS engine running while you rebuild parts of it.
• Write the Resilience runbook the next hire wishes they had.
• Make general tradeoffs visible so DataSync Corp can weigh them.
• Keep showing up for the Biloxi, MS work after the launch buzz fades.
