Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training on document management and processing.
• Drafts learning aids and aligns with SMEs to keep content current.
• Translates steps into a one-week teaching plan with clear objectives.
• Documents learning transfer and assesses outcomes using Kirkpatrick model.
• Facilitates discussions and provides feedback to learners.
• Supports learning repository updates and quality control.
• Identifies new training needs through regular check-ins with supervisors.
