Job summary

The National Center for Urban Solutions (NCUS) is seeking a School Title One Facilitator to coordinate Title I programs, resources, and supports to boost student achievement. The role requires strong knowledge of Title I guidelines, effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and community partners, and a commitment to an inclusive school culture.

The facilitator will identify student needs, develop improvement strategies, monitor implementation, and provide data-driven instruction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certificate and/or Title One Facilitator certification.
• Strong knowledge of Title One guidelines and regulations.
• Experience in educational settings with diverse students.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Ability to analyze data and drive decisions for student improvement.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and interventions for struggling learners.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and data tracking software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and committed to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Title I programs and resources to support student achievement.
• Collaborate with department staff, teachers, administrators, and community resources.
• Maintain Title I manual, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date references.
• Coordinate Title I binder tracking, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Analyze assessment data and plan differentiated instruction.
• Provide direct instruction or interventions to at-promise students.
• Lead professional development and trainings for teachers on Title I.
• Communicate Title I policies and program updates to stakeholders.
