Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a senior title leader to oversee the title clearance team, ensure timely delivery, and uphold compliance across our nationwide operations. The role requires directing operations, mentoring staff, and coordinating with stakeholders.

The position emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving, with a fully remote setup and a standard 9:00am–6:00pm ET schedule on weekdays, with occasional extra hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• At least 10 years in a title leadership role.
• Experience in title insurance and lending services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the title clearance team with direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
• Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
• Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

Requirements

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency.

Required Experience:

Preferred Background / Industry Experience:

• Experience in title insurance and lending services.
