Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Student Finance Analyst/Title IV Financial Aid Refund Processor to join the Refund Team. The role focuses on accurate and timely processing of institutional refunds and R2T4 calculations, and requires timely reporting of NSLDS data for student stipends.

Responsibilities include handling refund calculations, R2T4 computations, and updates in NSLDS; plus processing stipends and stale-dated checks while maintaining data integrity inAnthology and related systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in business office, banking or accounting.
• Prefer prior experience in Financial Aid at a higher education institution.
• Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process institutional refund calculations for withdrawn students.
• Process R2T4 calculations for withdrawn students.
• Update enrollment in NSLDS data systems.
• Process student stipends for Title IV credits.
• Process stale-dated checks and maintain data in student information systems.
