Job summary

Godot Consulting Group currently has multiple roles open for experienced National Commercial Escrow talent in Houston, Dallas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Indianapolis and Detroit. The position offers excellent pay and benefits and remains confidential for inquiries.

The Commercial Escrow Officer will establish new commercial accounts, manage a portfolio of commercial customers and brokers, and maintain escrow records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to shift priorities easily.

• Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial accounts.
• Maintain escrow records and act as escrow agent.

• Maintain records in the escrow accounting system and customer database.
• Review escrow reports against records for accuracy.
• Handle multi-state and multi-site transactions.

Commercial Escrow Officer

• Responsible for establishing new commercial accounts
• Maintain escrow records and files and acts as escrow agent
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned commercial customers and brokers. Provides high level of customer service and develops ongoing referrals from existing customers and brokers
• Maintain records in the escrow accounting system and customer database
• Reviews escrow reports against escrow records to ensure accuracy of posted escrow transactions
• Capable of managing multi-state and multi-site transactions
