Title Insurance Business Development Manager
Investors Title Insurance Company
South Carolina (hybrid—MUST be located in SC or GA)

What You’ll Do
  • Implement and execute a strategic business development plan with leadership.
  • Identify and qualify prospects including new agents, approved attorneys, and referral partners.
  • Set and monitor activity and revenue goals to meet annual premium and market-share targets.
  • Carry out retention initiatives to strengthen relationships with current agents and approved attorneys.
  • Recommend and support training programs that reduce risk and meet agent needs.
  • Monitor competitor strategies, new products, and market changes to inform business plans.
  • Build brand visibility by engaging in trade associations, professional groups, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Gain a deep understanding of branch products, underwriting processes, and operations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales/marketing background with real estate–related experience and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-up; self-starter who adapts to change.
  • Comfortable with technology, including Salesforce and one or more real estate closing software platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience) and the ability to travel.
