The ideal candidate will have some college coursework or an associate degree with a GPA of 2.5+ and meet WorkKeys requirements. Position offers hourly pay of $16.55–$18.26 and a Title I focus within Rowan-Salisbury Schools.

Qualifications

• 48 semester hours with core courses and GPA 2.5+
• Associate degree or higher with GPA 2.5+
• WorkKeys: Math 4, Reading 4, Writing 3

Responsibilities

• Provide supplemental instruction to academically at-risk students in grades K-8 to reinforce reading and/or math skills.
• Collaborate with classroom teacher to prepare lessons, materials, and activities that supplement instruction.
• Adhere to federal guidelines regarding non-instructional assignments/duties.
• Attend Title I staff meetings and professional development.
