Job summary

The Learning Lamp is seeking part-time educators to support students with Title I services aligned to classroom goals. You will collaborate with teachers, develop activity plans, and deliver targeted instruction, including via Zoom when needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with homeroom staff, preparing brief prep time within instructional hours, and ensuring secure, compliant delivery of services. Growth opportunities exist within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood/elementary education from an accredited college or university, plus certification.
• Willingness to complete required clearances and training for safety and security.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and move through an eight-hour day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with classroom teachers and use input to choose appropriate activities.
• Communicate openly with students, homeroom teachers, parents and Ignite Education Solutions.
• Provide Title I services that are pull-out only.
• Deliver services to students with signed permission slips only.
• Access academic standards for subject level and refer to appropriate materials.
• Create a schedule with up to 15 minutes of prep time per full instructional hour.
• Provide services via Zoom if needed.
