Job summary

The Learning Lamp, in partnership with Ignite Education Solutions, is hiring a Title I Teacher for a non-public school district. This position focuses on delivering pull-out Title I services and collaborating with classroom teachers to support student growth.

Hours are based on district needs, with a pay range starting at $25 per hour. Part-time benefits include PTO, longevity bonuses, retirement savings (403(b) option), discount programs, tuition discounts, and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood/elementary education from an accredited college or university and certification in Elementary Education or Special Education.
• Willingness to complete four clearances, mandated reporter training, a physical and TB test to ensure safety of children.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods as part of an eight-hour day.

Responsibilities

• Provide Title I services that are pull-out only.
• Coordinate with students, teachers, and parents to support Title I goals.
• Prepare and deliver instruction aligned to academic standards for assigned students.
• Develop schedules with up to 15 minutes of prep per hour of instructional time.
• Provide services via Zoom if needed.

Education
