Job summary

Learn It Systems is seeking part-time Title I Teachers to work in our K-8 classrooms in Chicago for the 2025/2026 school year. You will be part of a collaborative team, focused on delivering quality education to Title I students. Responsibilities include planning effective lessons, assessing student progress, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Candidates should have an Active Teacher Certification and experience with Title I students is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Teacher Certification preferred.
• Experience working with Title I students a plus.
• Computer proficiency required.
• High level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work location requires ability to navigate stairs.
• Frequent standing and ability to raise arms.
• Hand dexterity for typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school administrators to identify Title I students.
• Plan and deliver effective instruction in a small group setting.
• Administer pre and post assessments and track student progress.
• Ensure effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.

Skills
